Trading Risk Disclosure
Important information about trading risk and the limits of Bull & Bear analytics.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Trading involves significant risk
Trading financial instruments, including leveraged products such as foreign exchange and contracts for difference, can involve substantial risk. Losses can occur quickly and may be significant relative to the funds in a trading account.
2. Bull & Bear does not execute trades
Bull & Bear is designed as an analytics and monitoring platform and does not act as your broker. Its MT5 connector is designed not to submit, modify, or close trades. If you connect using a master password, that credential still carries trading authority at the broker level even though Bull & Bear does not use that authority for trade execution.
3. No investment recommendation
Information displayed by Bull & Bear is not investment advice, a trading signal, a solicitation, or a recommendation to enter or exit a position. You remain responsible for all trading and investment decisions.
4. Historical performance
Historical returns, win rates, profit figures, drawdowns, trading days, and other performance statistics describe past activity only. Past performance is not a guarantee or reliable prediction of future performance.
5. Leverage and margin risk
Leverage can magnify both profits and losses. Margin requirements, free margin, margin levels, stop-out rules, spreads, commissions, swaps, and execution conditions are determined by the broker and can change. A position may be closed by a broker when margin requirements are not met.
6. Market and execution risk
Market prices can move rapidly, particularly during news events, illiquid periods, market openings, or periods of exceptional volatility. Slippage, widened spreads, rejected orders, gaps, delayed execution, and other market effects can cause results to differ materially from expectations.
7. Data and synchronization risk
Bull & Bear receives information from connected trading infrastructure and third-party systems. Data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or temporarily inconsistent because of broker outages, internet failures, terminal interruptions, synchronization delays, maintenance, software defects, or third-party service issues.
For time-sensitive trading decisions, verify account information directly with your broker or trading platform.
8. Suitability
Trading may not be appropriate for everyone. Before trading, consider your financial situation, experience, objectives, ability to withstand losses, and the rules and risk disclosures provided by your broker. Where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.
9. Third-party brokers and platforms
References to MT5, MetaTrader, Exness, or any other broker or platform do not imply that Bullandbear.llc is endorsed by, affiliated with, or responsible for those third parties unless expressly stated. Your brokerage relationship remains governed by the terms agreed between you and your broker.
10. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to trade, for checking the accuracy of information before acting on it, and for ensuring that your use of Bull & Bear and any connected trading account complies with applicable laws and broker requirements.
