1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Bull & Bear, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Bull & Bear provides tools for viewing and analyzing trading account information, including data synchronized from supported MT5 accounts. The service may include dashboards, performance metrics, account history, connection tools, and sharing features.

Bull & Bear is an analytics and information service. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment manager, or trading execution venue.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service and to access any trading account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Bull & Bear login, email account, devices, and any credentials or authorization used to connect a trading account.

You may not connect an MT5 account that you do not own or have lawful authority to access.

4. MT5 connections

When connecting MT5, you may use an investor/read-only password or a master password. Investor/read-only access is preferred when your broker supports it because it limits account permissions. A master password carries trading authority at the broker level and should be protected accordingly.

You are responsible for entering the correct MT5 account number, broker server, and authorized MT5 credentials. Incorrect broker, account, or credential details may prevent synchronization or produce incomplete data.

5. No investment advice

Information, analytics, statistics, charts, summaries, and historical performance shown by Bull & Bear are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.

6. Trading risk

Trading leveraged products, including foreign exchange and contracts for difference, can involve substantial risk and may result in significant losses. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consider whether trading is appropriate for your circumstances.

7. Data accuracy and availability

Bull & Bear depends on third-party systems, broker connectivity, internet connections, hosting, authentication services, and MT5 infrastructure. Data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, duplicated, or temporarily inaccurate because of outages, connection failures, broker changes, terminal failures, synchronization delays, or other technical causes.

You should not rely on Bull & Bear as the sole source for time-critical trading decisions. Your broker or trading platform remains the authoritative source for account execution and current trading status.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to access another user's account, trading data, credentials, or private sharing links without authorization.
• Probe, attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Bull & Bear or its security controls except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, credential theft, impersonation, or unauthorized access.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt service availability.

9. Third-party services

Bull & Bear may rely on third parties for authentication, hosting, databases, broker connectivity, MT5 infrastructure, email, or other technical functions. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability limits, and security controls. Bull & Bear is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or omissions.

10. Intellectual property

Bull & Bear, its software, branding, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Bullandbear.llc, except for third-party names, trademarks, and data belonging to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of Bull & Bear intellectual property to you.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address security risks, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Bull & Bear and disconnect supported MT5 accounts at any time.

12. Disclaimers

Bull & Bear is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free synchronization, uninterrupted broker connectivity, or that every calculation or data point will always be complete or current.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bullandbear.llc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading-related losses arising from or connected with use of the service, inability to access the service, delayed or inaccurate data, third-party systems, or trading decisions made using information displayed by Bull & Bear.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the laws and competent courts applicable in Dubai, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.

15. Changes

We may update these terms as Bull & Bear changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
